This website is provided by TA  Triumph-Adler. In accordance with Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data when you access and use our website.

The information obligations in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR are described below and are provided directly for the above-mentioned services.

4.2.Operation of the website
4.2.1.Type and extent of the processing of personal data

The following information, which your browser automatically transmits to us, is processed when you visit our website, but not recorded in a web analysis tool.

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • Name of the previously visited website
  • IP address / host name of your computer
  • Date and time of the server request

4.2.2.Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data
The processing of your personal data is carried out by TA Triumph-Adler for the following purposes in accordance with the following legal bases:

Ensuring the correct operation of the website (fulfilment of legal obligations, i.e. security of the processing in accordance with Art. 5 (f) GDPR, for example to defend against and investigate cyber attacks)

4.2.3.Recipients or categories of recipients

Our website is hosted by DOM Digital Online Media GmbH, Bismarck Str. 60, 50672 Cologne. Personal data will only be forwarded if this is necessary for the prevention of criminal offences and/or we are otherwise legally obliged to do so.

4.2.4.Storage duration

The personal data is not recorded in a web analysis tool, as the websites will be moved to our new content management system Coremedia in the near future and only a minimal amount of technical work will be carried out before the move.

4.2.5.Right of erasure, objection and rectification
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. The user has therefore no possibility of erasure, objection or rectification.

4.3.Contact forms
4.3.1.Type and extent of the processing of personal data
Our website allows you to use our contact form. The following data will be transmitted to us when you use the contact form.

  • First name, street, city, telephone number (optional fields)
  • Title, name, company, email, postcode/ZIP, position (required)
  • When Callback is selected, the telephone number is a required field and the email an optional field.
  • When Career is selected, the company is not an available field
  • Date and time of the contact request sent

 

Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data as part of the contact form and reference is made to our Privacy Policy. We use the opt-in procedure for the use of the contact form. This means that we transmit your contact data and message provided that you have confirmed the data protection notice. Your data will be recorded and, if it concerns an offer or consultation, noted down in our CRM for our Sales Department. All other possible topics and questions will be forwarded to the corresponding specialist department to answer the contact request.

4.3.2.Purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data

The collection of user data serves to reply to the contact request in a satisfactory manner and, if desired, to assign it to our sales department for further consulting. The legal basis for the processing of the data after the user has registered for the newsletter is Art. 6 (1) lit. (a) GDPR (consent).  The processing of the data and the time of registration are carried out on the basis of Art. 5 (2) GDPR (accountability / proof of consent).

4.3.3.Transfer of your data to a third country or international organisation (if applicable, combine with the following item)
Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisations.

4.3.4.Recipients or categories of recipients
For our contact form we use our website as the input interface, which is based on Lotus Notes Domino. The entered data is transferred in encrypted form to the mailbox of our email program, Lotus Notes. The content management system Lotus Notes Domino is an in-house development of SP Integration GmbH and has belonged to Adesso AG since 1 October 2016.

4.3.5.Storage duration
Your personal data will be erased at your request or when the service is discontinued. Contents of the contact form cannot be sent to us if the data protection privacy notice is not confirmed, as the "Submit" button only works after confirmation of the privacy notice.

4.3.6.Right of erasure, objection and rectification
If you do not want us to process your email address or other data, please send an email to abmeldung@triumph-adler.net.

4.3.7.Consequences of non-provision
Our contact form is a voluntary service we offer to users on our website. For the transfer of your contact request, the above-mentioned mandatory data (under 4.4.1) as well as the confirmation of the data protection notice are necessary.

4.3.8.Existence of automated decision-making, including profiling
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

5.Rights of the data subject
You have various rights with respect to the handling of your personal data, such as the right to information about the data stored by us concerning your person or the right to rectification, the restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right of objection or the erasure of your data.
